I recently logged back into my blog and realized its been 5 long years since I have posted anything on this blog. What a wild ride the last 5 years have been too. My last blog dealt with a plateau even though I didn't realize what it was. It also dealt with the miscarriage of our first baby. I went on to get pregnant again in November of 2012 and miscarried 10 days after getting that positive pregnancy test. I basically gave up for awhile. I then started again with my Pastor's wife at the time but quickly became discouraged with things werent moving hardly at all. Adding on lots of stress and a cross country move and adoption classes and starting a church its been a crazy ride since then. However I haven't given up and I have renewed my resolve to get healthy and lose this weight once and for all. This blog is going to be brutally honest and I am going to be open with you guys in ways that I have never been with anyone including my own husband when it comes to my weight and to the very reason why I decided that this is it and that if I want to live to an old age I needed to take immediate action. I will be posting pictures that include myself before and maybe a few hints of after. I will also be posting food journals and my weight ( it's something that not even my own husband knows), also I will use this to show my ups and downs and gains and losses.
The reason why this has been so urgent this time is because its become a matter of my very own health and I had a very eye opening experience about 3 weeks ago. It actually started close to 2 months ago. I came down with a yeast infection and then a cold and then thrush. I was a very very sick lady. Over the counter medication was not cutting it and with a trip out of town I was downing lots of orange juice and high vitamin c juices to combat my cold as to not pass it on to my elderly grandparents we were going to see. I was so sick, and literally tired that I couldn't hardly function. I was also taking care of my two nieces ages 3 and 1 1/2. This trip ended up being quite miserable for me personally from being so sick. When we got home it had been 2 weeks since I had come down with the yeast infection that had now spread to my mouth as thrush and let me tell you that is horrible. I would never wish thrush on my worst enemy. Nothing tasted good and nothing sounded good. About the only things I could stomach was milk and orange juice. Everything just hurt to even try and eat. It was miserable. I went to the doctor and was given a prescription which took care of pretty much the infection. When my nieces went to be with their mom for a week a couple days after we got back I slept for well over 12 hrs and was awake for a couple of hours and then I slept all night again. I started to feel a little human again.
I then came across my glocumeter that I have to just keep a check on my blood sugar as diabetes runs in my family. When I first tested it all the meter said was high then it was 4oo+. That scared the living daylights out of me. I knew then it was time to get really freaking serious about my health. I made the decision right there in then that if for nothing else to get my blood sugar down it was time.
I cut out 98% of the sugar I was eating and carbs and a lot of fat. I started walking too, boy that first mile was tough. Now 2 miles is getting pretty easy. My goal is to be able to do a 5k next year. Between walking and diet changes my blood sugar has dropped down to the 240's and last night (10-08-17) and today (10-09-17) I got readings of 175. What a huge difference. I still need it to drop consistently about 75 more points. This has been with the help and grace of God. I have lost 26.8 lbs since August 16th.
I am noticing more and more how much more I feel better and have more energy and have the ability to walk more and farther without getting winded or feeling like crap. I also no longer need my mid day nap. This lifestyle has been so much easier than I thought it would be. I mean other times I would feel so deprived and struggle with saying no to my favorite sweets and bread and pop. This has been so much easier and God has really changed my taste buds even to the point sweets don't taste good pop doesnt taste good and I don't crave or really miss bread. Well this is long enough for today I will be posting and updating more frequently.

10 months
Wow! Almost a year as gone by since I have started this journey. Man I am nowhere near where I thought I would be. My goal was to lose 100 lbs before my 2nd anniversary and I feel like I am starting over this week from the beginning. This year started out rough with a dead stop in weight loss. I was very discouraged with this but I pressed on. Than I got pregnant and than miscarried a couple of weeks after finding out and I dealt with depression with losing our precious baby. I didnt really care for a little while about losing weight. So after a couple of months of not caring and pants starting to fit tighter than they did a few months ago. I decided that I wasn't giving up yet. I am still going to fight this battle and that I will face ups and downs but that as long as I don't give up I will never fail at this. The past few months hubs, myself and our roomie have been attending a new church. Oh how I wished I had found this church 6 years ago when I moved back or even 5 years ago when I suddenly found myself looking for a new church. I know that this was the hand of God that He moved us away from where we were to where we are. Our pastor's wife has lost 100lbs and is a personal trainer that is willing to work with me and the church even has a gym on location that is open to members of the church. I love that it is so close and way more convenient than any other gym I have ever been too. It's been great to have someone who is in house with you that is also working on losing weight and will go to the gym to workout with me. Let me tell you I am moving muscles that I never move on a regular basis lately. Going to the gym is one of the most relaxing parts of my days the past couple of days. I do it strictly for me. I am not going to let anything get in the way of it. No matter what. I plan on sticking with this, there is no excuse since I don't have more than a 5 minute drive nor do I have to work long there in about 30 minutes I am done with the whole routine. I hope to keep this blog up even more as I begin the journey again.

Update!
I can't even remember when I last posted here. It has been a very bumpy ride the past few months. Back at the beginning of the year I hit a huge plateau lost about 50 lbs and than stopped like dead in my tracks no weight loss. I thought I might have been pregnant in January/February and that was why but nope that wasn't it. I got extremely frustrated because nothing was happening and pretty much gave up doing the shakes and vitamins and everything. I found out in the beginning of April that I was in pregnant about 4-6 weeks along but we lost the baby right after we found out and while trying to deal with that I gave up completely on even trying to eat healthy after that. I have decided though that I am not going to give up and I am going to lose this weight once and for all. I started back on my diet on Monday and I have lost 3 lbs so far. YAY!!! I am so excited as well because we started a new church a couple of months ago and the pastor's wife is a personal trainer and they have a gym there as well. How awesome is God!! Anyways I am starting over and I am not stopping no matter what. So be looking for more updates along this journey.

WOW!!! It's been almost 4 months
I have failed miserably at keeping up with my blog and somewhat loose on my diet. My weight loss has slowed drastically. I am hoping as soon as we get another car (we sold our piece of junk van that didnt work hardly at all anyways) to start going to the gym and that should also jumpstart my weight loss again. I do feel tons better and love how I get to eat still. As soon as anything changes I will update here.

How I Am Doing?
December has come upon us and I realize I only blogged twice last month. Hoping to do better at that this month. I have lost 37.8 lbs I am so excited and I am getting closer and closer to my goal of 50lbs by the end of the year. I am getting so excited. "A" has lost 69lbs I am so proud of her and she is such a huge encouragement to me. She keeps me going on the days I am struggling. So somehow we goofed with our order and ran out of our products (shakes and vitamins) the week of thanksgiving and had to actually go back to 2 meals a day with a shake for a meal and yet we both still managed to lose weight. Which is crazy but encouraging because I was so afraid if/when I would go to two meals a day I would gain weight and I was crazy excited to be able to lose weight and not gain (especially over thanksgiving).
The other day I went grocery and Christmas shopping and my pants are getting so baggy in the legs that they were actually getting cold in certain spots (because it was only about 40 degrees) and I thought there was a hole because all of a sudden I would hit a cold spot on my pants and so I had "A" check me out in the parking lot and then it kept happening and was sure that I had a hole so I went to the bathroom to check and no hole just cold patches ( LOL I was so glad there wasn't a hole because I don't want to have to buy any jeans until these just plain fall off of me). So I keep plugging away everyday and little by little all the weight is coming off. YAY!!!
I plain on being on here more but we will see how that goes. If I don't see you before... Merry Christmas and Happy New Years!!!

November 17,2011
I almost have made it to 35 lbs. As of this morning I have lost 34.2lbs. YAY!!!! GO ME!!!!! I am so excited. I really feel that my goal of 50lbs this year just might happen. I know I have had up and down days but overall I am doing better than I have ever had and it really really helps having accountability in my life. One thing I have discovered is the reason behind my severe headaches I use to get. I have suffered for headaches for about 3 years that they would be so bad that I would miss work or leave work early and all that would work is sleeping. Most of the time not even Advil or Tylenol would work. But since starting herbalife and eliminating sugar and carbs I have only had 2 headaches and both of them have come the morning after not sticking to the plan. The first one was the day after our anniversary after I ate a high carb meal and wedding cake and than the second time was this week after having a sugar splurge. My body just cant handle the sugar and the carbs. I am so glad to have learned that and now I don't have to suffer from headaches any more. Next week I do my 2nd month measurements and will probably do a weigh in that day so that I can get an official 2 month weigh in. Be looking for it and I will post an updated picture as well.

Big Milestone!!!!!
I hit my 30lb milestone this week. I am so excited after having 2 really slow weeks where I was barely losing a lb, it was quite refreshing to lose 4lbs this week. It was a real encouragement to me that yes it is making a difference. I did have to tweak a few things. I was trying to simplify this even more as we are suppose to drink a tea everyday and its 1/2 tsp to 8 oz twice a day so my thinking was I could do 1 tsp once a day and that's when I started barely losing a lb a week. I also added starting this past week an aloe supplement that is helping balance my digestive track and also does a detox (for lack of a better term) from my mouth all the way through. I also started taking another supplement called Cell-U-Loss which they term as liposuction in a bottle, and I also added a second tea to everyday and tang kuei plus which helps support our female system. I am very excited about everything that is happening with my body well all except for the fact that I am losing most of my inches and weight in my back but not my behind and that makes it stick out more much to my chagrin. Oh well hopefully it will start shrinking as well. :) I know its been awhile and I will try to do better. I hope to put up some of our favorite recipes now as well and for those who eat healthy and want to save money "A" and I are starting to coupon more and are going to try and to see how easy it will be with our diet and offer advice on how to do it cheaply.

One month gain, One year loss
So Monday ended my first month with Herbalife. It has been a great month. The last week was slow weight loss with only loosing almost 2 lbs. I do have to say though that as of today. I am back to my wedding weight. I have lost almost 26 lbs. I am at -25.8 lbs in 1 month. I can't believe that in 1 month I have gained more energy, more stamina, not be as sore after working all day with major cleaning projects. I have lost a year in weight gain. My jeans are fitting better than ever and I think I might have another pair that will fit but I want to wait maybe 1 or 2 more weeks before I try them on. I do have a goal to lose a total of 50 lbs by the end of the year. I would like to lose more but I would be happy with 50. Next year I will be bumping it up even more with being able to return to the gym after we have a more reliable car. I am hoping that by next summer I will be close to my high school weight and than I can just go from there. That will be a huge relief to have lost that much. I know that this is a long journey but I keep reminding myself of where I have come from.

End of Week 3
Tomorrow officially ends week 3 of the change! I feel great have more stamina than I have had in I don't know how long. Today I did some shopping with my niece K and instead of parking in front of a store and than moving the car to each new store we walked. The old me would have gotten in the car and moved it because I didn't have the energy to do it or didn't want to and wanted to be lazy. When I got to the grocery store instead of looking for the closest parking spot I parked way in the back and walked all the way up to the store and I felt great. It was wonderful. Those jeans that I managed to get buttoned back in like week 1 I was able to wear tonight to church. While after a little while they started to feel tight it was good because I haven't been able to button them 3 weeks ago and definitely wasn't able to wear them for long periods of time like no more than 5 minutes 2 weeks ago. Rings are still staying loose. Not sure when I will have to quite wearing them. Although I might have to stop wearing my right hand ring because it tends now to pinch if I clap my hands because of how loose it has become and that it moves pretty easy. Oh well and unfortunately that ring is not sizable so once it becomes to big for my ring finger maybe I can get it onto my middle finger or my thumb if not I will have to look at reordering it if I can find and and keep this one as a reminder of what I have accomplished. One thing I have noticed is certain things that I thought would be really hard and a temptation are not even an issue. The other night we went to Outback and than an old favorite was to go by Krispy Kreme Doughnuts and get hot fresh doughnuts and we went but this time only for the hubs and my niece and while I had to feed hubby it didn't even smell as good as it used to and the same today when I went thru the drive thru to get my niece lunch at Mc.Don.alds. It wasn't even a temptation. I learned my lesson from after our anniversary and that is not to stray. While I won't officially weigh in until Monday as of this morning I am down a total of 19.5 lbs and I can tell. It's crazy. I also won't have reached my personal goal of 10 lbs this week but I am satisfied with the 4.5 I have already lost would love to lose at least .5-1 more lb just to be at the 20 mark but I know it will come and that I am doing it right.
If anyone has any questions about the whole plan and change let me know and if I don't know the answer I will find it out. Until next time....Good Night!

Day 17
Well so much for a daily entry. I will definitely try to keep updated one to two times a week. Well today was weigh in day and I am down another 5lbs. That's 15 lbs in just about 2 weeks. I have definitely learned that I don't and cant go back to eating the way I was, and I learned it the hard way.
Yesterday was the hubs and I's 1 year anniversary and we went out to the restaurant we ate at on our wedding night. I was like it's my anniversary I am going to just eat how I would eat and this morning I woke up with a headache and horrible indigestion. I couldn't believe how easy my body got use to eating healthy and without any real types of sugar (besides fruit and what little little carbs I eat). I was like no way no how am I going back. I couldn't believe that I use to feel that way all the time.
Good news, I think that within the next 3-4 weeks I will have to find a replacement wedding ring as my wedding ring is getting so loose that its pinching against my finger and engagement ring. While right now my engagement ring fits still. They are actually 2 different sizes because my wedding ring we purchased off of amazon and my engagement ring is my mom's that was purchased 34 yrs ago are slightly different sizes although they are suppose to be the same size.
This past week was crazy and many of my meals were thrown off. In fact I think I skipped 2 or maybe 3 and than sunday ate bad. This week back completely on track and aiming for another 10lb week but really I will take anything just as long as I am not gaining. (right LOL).
I am so proud of "A" she has lost 34lbs in the month since she started. She is really noticing the difference in her jeans and some of her shirts. Can't wait until I really start seeing those results I know it will happen.

Days 8-10
I know I know I am more than a day late and a dollar short. LOL! Oh well!
Sunday we (A and I) spent all day diving back home. It seemed to take longer getting back home although I have to say we made it in exactly 8 hours. Which is good and had we not had to stop we would have made it in about 7 1/2 hours. Traveling with the diet is a little tricky as you have to make sure you have snacks you can eat and next time I go on any road trip it will be with the protien bars so that I wont have to be stopping as often just to eat a snack. We packed veggies and fruit and peanut butter and laughing cow cheese all of which is hard to eat while driving. (please dont attempt). We finaly made it home and I was pooped especially after unloading the whole rental car which had to be returned by 8 the next morning. So I didnt actually get a third meal that day and just choose a healthier snack I also didnt get all my water in which I think didnt help my weight loss be as much as it could have been a little more.
Monday was more back to normal got all my meals in all my teas and all my pills. I also weighed in and drumroll please........ I LOST 10 LBS. I was very happy with that.
Tuesday was crazy again I had my niece and was on my way to take her home about an hour before I had to take my second meal I thought I would be home close to the time to eat so I didnt take my lunch with me. That was a mistake I didnt get home for 3 hours and it was closer to the time I should have been eating dinner. Had I done my lunch (shake) at that time it would have been 10-11 oclock before we would be eating dinner and I couldnt do that to the hubs. So I ate my dinner for my lunch and than should have had another shake but I was so tired I ended up in bed before 930. So I missed my third meal again last night. Gotta do better today.

Day 6 and Day 7
Disclaimer: This blog is my health and wellness over all in all areas blog. What you read below might be considered tmi, so if the idea of certain bodily functions bother you dont read any further.
I know I know I skipped a day but only in blog world. The diet is still on track! Yesterday "A" (roommate) and I drove to Savannah Georgia to see my best friend (also a friend of hers) and her new baby. He is absolutely adorable will have to post the pics when I get home. I truly have enjoyed mhurriedy time.
Day 6:
Started out crazy and hurried so I didnt get my meals exactly like clock work. "A" and I get started on the road around 11 o'clock yesterday morning and was planning on being in savannah around no later than 9 that night. Well lo and behold we get to about an hour from Jacksonville and we pull off to a rest area and as we are pulling into a parking spot the rental car died on us! No! I am not kidding, Yes, I am serious. So I called about 5 local (within an hours drive) rental offices and I was able to trade cars in at the Jacksonville airport. So now we are about an hour and half behind. We finally back on the road and make it without any more incidents the rest of the way. (Hopefully we will make it all the way home tomorrow without incident) We did very good on the plan and even managed to eat good for dinner. We split the chicken bella and each at a salad bar at Ruby Tuesdays. The only thing that I was behind on was a glass of my tea and some water.
Day 7:
Today we were busy busy busy, helping "M" (afore mentioned best friend) clean her and her hubby's apartment. I also got lots of baby duty so meals were kinda off kilter again. For dinner tonight though we had ribs with kraut and spaghetti squash and aspargus. It was yummy and quite filling. Found some new peanut butter that I will be buying. Smu.ck.ers all natural.
Now to my tmi, I have very very irregular periods dont really know why they became that way a couple of years ago. I think one of the positive side effects of losing weight is that it will help regulate my periods again. Well its been about 10 months since I have had one and guess what happens the weekend I go out of town and dont plain on anything happening and again remember its been 10 months. Well I started my period at sams club today. Thank God it was light and I was able to make it until we got back from sams and publix. Joy, Joy! Hey at least it happened while I was out of town away from the hubs. LOL!
Well I know this was short and sweet but with traveling its gotta be. I will post more Monday after my schedule resumes.

Day 5
I am giving myself a pat on the back for today. I have excercised for 5 days in a row (YAY ME!) and I have also been blogging everyday this week. I did blog yesterday but the ipad did something crazy so instead of posting my blog it saved it as a draft and I was to tired to try and find it.
Today was a so-so day for me. Mostly battling things in my head. The main thing is fear, and specifically fear of failure. It started when I put my jeans back on today and they seemed a little harder to do, not really sure why havent changed anything back, but that just put me in a tailspin of internally freaking out. I mean like thinking I have messed up my jeans are a little tighter today instead of looser, why are they? Am I doing something wrong? Will I ever beat this battle? One thing though that I am begining to truly understand though is that no matter who you are you cant just eat however you like and not have the side effects that a healthy lifestyle is all about choices whether you eat that cupcake or the cup of broccoli, whether you make the right or wrong choice. It is also more than a diet yo-yo. Its more than "Well, I ran an extra mile today so that pizza or cake or _______ (insert your own desire) wont count or because I ran that extra mile I deserve it" No this is not just some attempt to lose 60, 70, 80, 100, or more lbs for me this is a complete life overhaul. This is no more excuses and conquering the mind games that have kept me captive its also having the support in my life on the days that I feel fear or have a great day or so-so day that can tell me you can do it, or hey this might work, or even call me out on what I am doing. Who knows how long this initial journey will be, to get to my healthy weight, but I know that this is a lifelong journey of always making the healthy choices to choose excercise over tv, and carrots over cake, and water over soda. While it isnt always going to be easy or fun it is so worth the end results and thats more than being skinny. Some of the rewards I wont even know for a couple or so years.
I have been reading a friend of mine's blog about her journey and struggle to weight loss and a healthy lifestyle and here are a couple of blog entries that I read today that encouraged me.

Easter Candy is the Spawn of Satan
Day 4
Day 4...
I GOT MY JEANS ON!!!!! I bought this pair of jeans about 6 months ago and have only wore them a handful of times before I couldn't get them buttoned. So to the back of the closet they went. Well after 3 days I wanted to see if I could get them buttoned, it was really close but not quite there. So this morning I tried them on again and I was able to get them on and buttoned. I was so excited. They are still just a little to tight to really wear but hopefully by the end of this week, but definitely by next week. Tonight for dinner I did chilli again it was delish. I made Jeremy a meatloaf (he loves it) both of us had a spinach salad with veggies. I tried a new snack today it was red grapes with 2 tblsp of plain peanut butter. It was by far my favorite snack so far. I also found that today I wasn't hungry come lunch or dinner really but I know that the way I am doing this I need to eat a meal every 4 hours so that my metabolism keeps going. Still getting lots of water in, in fact tonight after dinner I felt like I wanted something to eat but I knew I wasn't hungry so instead I grabbed another bottle of water with lemon that seemed to do the trick. That was a personal accomplishment for me as I usually give in at that point in whatever diet I am doing and get some kind of something to eat. That also usually snowballs the diet failure yet I was able to stay strong. For the finishing line...
Yep those are the jeans I couldnt button last Saturday!

Day 3
Today was another great day. Woke up had my shake and pills with my 32 oz of water. For lunch I got kinda in a rush was trying to get out the door to go meet my 2 older nieces at the bus stop so they wouldnt get to their house before me and I made my shake to go. Well I pulled a blonde moment, I have been putting my multivitamin in my shake and crushing it up so its one less pill to swallow at breakfast and lunch, and I threw one in my shake and was in such a rush I couldnt remember if I had or not so just to be safe because I didnt want to miss it I threw another one in. LOL, so I ended up with 2 multivitamins in one meal.
"C" called me this afternoon doing another checkup call and I asked her if it was bad if I did that with the two vitamins and she said no and was like it will just make your pee even more bright yellow. And speaking of pee, yes I know, mine has been like neon yellow the past few days. Quite interesting, never seen anything like it.
So I have definitely learned my lesson and wont go more than four hours ever again between meals. We had our womens monthly get together at our church tonight and I didnt have time to make dinner before we left which was right at my four hour mark. We didnt get home until 830 and didnt have dinner until 9 which was 7 hours between meals and it was bad. I dont think I have ever felt so hungry and my stomach hurt to the point I had almost lost all of my appetite. Note to self, dont do that again. Other than that everything here is going good. I am excited to start my couch to 5k next week and I am so proud of myself for sticking with this and getting up and making sure that I excercise every morning which is something that I havent ever done this many days on my own but it helps that I feel a little accountable to our roomie who is doing this with me. I know she is excercising to I make sure I am doing it too.
Personal reflections for today: I have been feeling a lot of fear today. Fear of failing yet again. I am so afraid that this isnt going to work and I am trying to get over it. Even right now I think about did I over do dinner which I know I didnt. I stayed right within my portions and I was fine. I think this fear comes from failing so many times before that every other attempt I have ever made has failed. I dont think I could handle failing this again. I know really at this point I can only fail myself because I am setting high expectations. I am wanting to see the same weight loss as "A" (roomie) in the first week. I think that I will feel like I failed if I dont lose as much as her or more in the first week. I know thats ridiculous because I know that at this point any weight loss is good, but I want the big numbers. I would love to lose at least 15 lbs this first week. I know thats a lot but this was a radical lifestyle change. I know that I will succeed and I know I am sticking with this until I beat this battle in my head.

A little discouraged...
I know 2 days in not good but it's not the change that has me discouraged. I was talking to someone that at one point in my life I was extremely close too. In fact thought we would remain close the rest of our lives. However our life plans have taken us different ways and there is nothing bad about either way she is following what God has planned for her and I am following Gods plan for me. She recently lost 170 lbs for which I was so proud of her. I know she cut a lot out of her life although not really sure what as she hasn't said. Anyways I am so excited about this and have always found her to be an amazing source of encouragement especially when I needed she just seemed to know. So I start telling her about what I am doing differently and she is like well I just lost this weight all by myself and have been maintaining it for 5 months, which I find incredible but it just felt like a slap in the face. As if the fact that I am turning to this choice of lifestyle that it is not as good as doing it solo. I know that I shouldn't feel that way but for someone so close to me for such a long time to blow off the fact that I am finally taking control of this area of my life and seeking help that I shouldn't be as proud of my decision or that it isn't as good as what she did by herself. It really was hurtful. I couldn't believe it. I know that I have a long journey ahead of me but I am willing to do it.
Another note this journey has really made me reflective. I started reading today "Craving God" it's a 21 day devotional that goes along with the book "Made to Crave" by Lysa Terkeurst. I haven't read made to crave but I might have to once I finish this devotional book it is really good and I am wanting to learn to depend more on God and crave Him more in my life vs food.
I am also contemplating starting the couch to 5k in 9 weeks next week to kinda up the ante with this and it will also help me with training for a run hopefully next year. I am going to take I think about 18 weeks as I am starting as very very inactive over the past year and 1/2 to running 3x a week is going to be a big difference. Hopefully with the cooler weather it will be even more enjoyable to do it.

Day 2
So after talking to "C" (health coach) last night and talking about the pill gag reflex she gave me a couple of ideas. I tried one today with putting the pills in my shake and blending them in. That seemed to work really well will have to just gag them down at dinner, since I don't get a shake for dinner. Did notice it wasnt has hard to get all the water I needed to drink in as I just kept a 32 oz gatorade bottle filled with water and tried to drink one at each meal and than drink a glass with each snack it really makes it easy to get it all in. One thing I have noticed already is that my wedding rings fit a little looser. I know it't only been one day but I think that my fingers aren't as bloated already. At least they didn't feel as tight this morning as normal mornings do. I also am dedicated to starting this out with excercise. Although it isnt much right now. I am hoping that in the next year sometime I will have lost enough weight and built up enough stamina for a 5k. This is something I have been wanting to do for the past few months and I am hoping that I can do it. So in the next few months will have to start running. That is one of my goals to accomplish with all of this is to be able to run more. I think I will enjoy running at least I did as a kid. Tonights dinner will be chilli and boy I am looking forward to that. I am glad that at least for dinner I can have some of my favorites.

Day 1 Part 2
So here I am at the end of my first day. It went really good except for the whole gag reflex thing with the pills but managed to get them down. Dinner was awesome. I had 6 oz of grilled chicken on top of a spinach with broccoli, califlower, and carrot salad with a little cheese and light ranch. I also had grilled squash (one of my favorites). I made though mac and cheese for the hubs to have with his grilled chicken and lets just say that the mac and cheese did look rather yummy but I stayed strong and finished my first day and I feel great. I also got my 30 minutes of excercise in today. So all I have to do it get this multivitamin down for the night and than possibly a snack later on if I feel hungry. So far so good although I definite change and I am pretty positive that I got my 100 oz in. I think I might have drank more than 100 oz. Quite a difference from previous when I would barely maybe get a couple of drinks in period for the day. Although the water and the multivitamin helps make you feel full thats for sure. So I am excited to continue on. It also is a huge plus that the shakes are absolutely amazing. They taste like a real shake. Well until tomorrow...
